Pallara Shopping Village

Located approximately 20 minutes south of the Brisbane CBD, Pallara Shopping Village comprises of a mixed use neighbourhood centre servicing the rapidly growing population of Pallara. The centre comprises a full line major supermarket, speciality shops, medical and pharmacy uses plus offices and a gym. The architectural design will provide the local community with premium retail amenity and convenient on grade car parking.

Bargara Shopping Centre

Bargara is approximately 15 minutes east of central Bundaberg. Significant residential development and population growth is occurring east of Bundaberg, with several housing estates being developed within the immediate vicinity of the centre. Bundaberg Shopping Centre is positioned at the intersection of Hughes Road and Rifle Range Road, providing excellent access and exposure to passing traffic. The centre comprises of a full line supermarket, speciality shops & kiosk, medical uses and a fast food pad site. The design provides a modern and highly accessible centre with all parking on grade, delivering residents convenient retail amenity.

Burleigh Waters

Commercial and Medical Hub

Located on Burleigh Connection Road, the Burleigh development sets a new benchmark for mixed use office / medical / retail buildings on the southern Gold Coast. The building provides on grade parking and approximately 1,085 sqm of lettable area comprising a café, medical and office space across ground and first floors. This strategic location is well exposed to passing traffic in a desirable catchment area which benefits from direct access to Reedy Creek Road and the M1. Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre and Treetops Plaza are located in close proximity providing ample nearby amenity for tenants.

Maryborough GYG

GyG Maryborough is located on the corner of Alice and John Street, opposite the Station Square Shopping Centre. The site represents a prime location for fast food operators as evident by the McDonald's and KFC, also on Alice Street. The main access to Station Square Shopping Centre, one of Maryborough's largest shopping centres, is directly opposite GyG Maryborough, providing significant exposure to passing traffic. The Centre includes a dual drive-through plus indoor and outdoor dining spaces and the design encapsulates GyG's signature style, presenting a modern and convenient quick service restaurant.

Pallara Childcare

Our Pallara childcare centre was delivered in response to unfulfilled demand resulting from signficant population growth in the surrounding area. It’s a 608sqm single storey centre with 670sqm of outdoor play area and 20 car spaces. It holds up to 90 places supported by 18 staff.

Pimpama Busy Bees

Busy Bees Pimpama comprises a 108 place childcare centre, supported by 18 staff. The centre is well located along Mirambeena Drive and is within walking distance to Ormeau Train Station and the State School. Pimpama is ideally located between the Gold Coast and Brisbane providing direct access to the Pacific Motorway. Significant population growth has driven the demand for child care services with Pimpama recording 600% growth from 2011 to 2021, representing one of the highest levels of population growth for a region outside of Australia's capital cities.

Griffin

Located approximately 30 minutes north of the Brisbane CBD, Griffin is one of the fastest growing suburbs in Queensland, driven by significant infrastructure investment including the nearby Moreton Rail link and the recently opened Griffin State School.

Griffin Central is a convenience based retail centre spread across two buildings with a lettable area of approximately 1,400sqm. As the only appropriately zoned retail site in the suburb, Griffin Central serves as a community hub and a place for local residents to meet, shop and work.

North Lakes

North Lakes is one of Australia’s leading master planned communities, located 30 minutes from the Brisbane CBD. It is home to 25,000 residents, provides 13,000 jobs and is home to international businesses including Queensland’s first Costco.

On the prime signalised intersection of Flinders Parade and the North South Arterial, the centre accommodates a 7-Eleven Service Station plus two takeaway food stores leased to national operators. The centre fulfills a need for fuel and convenience retail for local residents and the food stores provide dining options for the adjacent Business Park.

Kingston

Kingston is an established residential suburb and commercial hub, approximately 20 minutes south of Brisbane’s CBD. Located on the corner of Kingston Road and Juers Street, this project is situated on a prime signalised intersection and is exposed to 30,000 vehicles per day.

The centre accommodates a 7-Eleven service station, a restaurant including a sushi train and a drive-through restaurant leased to Zambrero.

North Lakes Town Centre

Following the success of our first project in the North Lakes Business Park, we opened our second North Lakes project, within the Town Centre Precinct.

Within close proximity to Westfield Town Centre and Ikea, the site is located on a busy roundabout and provides extensive frontage to three key roads including the Bruce Highway.

Stage one comprised a 7-Eleven service station plus café with drive through leased to Hammerich’s Coffee and the second stage included a Thrifty Car & Truck rental facility, fronting the highway.

Mackay

Our Mackay project incorporates a Starmart Service Station plus an adjoining Diesel Truck Stop, both leased to Caltex Petroleum Australia. Offering excellent exposure and access to the national Bruce Highway, this development services highway commuters and the emerging residential community south of Mackay.

Carrara

Elysium Central is highway service centre, located at Exit 75 of the Pacific Highway on the Gold Coast. The project comprises a 7-Eleven Service Station plus four take away food stores leased to national operators including Subway and Sunshine Kebabs. Elysium Central enjoys the most convenient dual interchange access between Brisbane and the Gold Coast and has exposure to over 95,000 vehicles daily.

Upper Coomera

This development comprises a free standing service station for 7-Eleven, on the corner of Reserve Road and Brygon Creek Drive, Upper Coomera.

At the northern end of the Gold Coast, Upper Coomera has been one of Queensland’s strongest residential growth areas over the past decade. Located on the home-bound side of Reserve Road and surrounded by significant existing and proposed retail amenity, this site closes a large gap in 7-Eleven’s network and fulfills a need for fuel and convenience retailing in the surrounding area.

Harristown

In the Toowoomba suburb of Harristown we delivered a service station and adjoining retail site, in joint venture with a local investor.

BluePoint was responsible for all facets of the project including managing Council approvals, tenant identification and negotiation, procurement of project finance and construction delivery.

Very well located on the Gore Highway with excellent exposure and access, this site benefits from its close proximity to emerging residential areas to the west in Glenvale.

Heathwood

Our Heathwood project is located on the doorstep to the establised suburb of Forest Lake, whilst being proximate to the growth corridor of Doolandella, Pallara and Heathwood.

Anchored by a diverse mix of national businesses including 7-Eleven, Oporto, BWS, Zambrero and Zarraffa’s, this centre sets a new standard for convenience retailing and takeaway food dining in Brisbane’s west.

Greenbank

Located in the Logan suburb of Greenbank, at the entrance to the high growth region of Flagstone, we developed a free standing service station for 7- Eleven on the corner of Teviot Road and Pub Lane.

The site occupies a prime parcel directly in front of the Woolworths anchored Greenbank Shopping Centre, which is owned by Shopping Centres Australia (SCA) and is planned for expansion.

Highfields

Located in the Toowoomba suburb of Highfields, we secured a prime site on the homebound side of the road at the corner of the New England Highway and Cawdor Road. Highfields’ population rate is outperforming the state average and our new 7-Eleven service station caters to the growing community.

Holmview

Our Holmview centre comprises a service station leased to 7-Eleven accompanied by a drive through restaurant leased to Oporto. The site is located on the corner of Gardiner Road and Logan River Road at a traffic light controlled intersection. The site is on the homebound side of the road at the entrance to a number of high growth residential estates.

Waterford

Located 35 minutes south of Brisbane, Waterford is one of SE Queensland’s fastest growing regions. A key driver is nearby Yarrabilba, a master planned community which will be home to 45,000 + people upon completion.

We acquired a key site at the corner of Waterford Tamborine Road and Dairy Creek Road, strategically positioned to capitalise on surrounding growth. After securing approvals for a service station plus convenience based retail and commercial uses, we sold the site to an owner occupier.
